Senior Citizens Services

Senior Citizen Services are free to institutions located in Center, Clay, Ervin, Harrison, Honey Creek, Howard, Monroe and Taylor townships.

The Senior Citizen Coordinator pulls collections based on recommendations by the staff of the facility. Collections may include books, magazines, large print books and magazines, CD's, cassettes, videos and DVD's. Collections are delivered once a month by the library Courier Service, and are most often found in a recreational or meeting room. The residents of the facility are then free to pull materials from the collection to use at their leisure.

Currently the library serves the following facilities: Friendship Haven, Greentree @ Kokomo, Howard Community Hospital Extended Care Unit, Manor Care, North Woods Commons, North Woods Village, Sycamore Village, Waterford Place, and Windsor Estates.
