Wireless Access In the Library
The Kokomo-Howard County Public Library is pleased to offer free wireless Internet access for library patrons.
Hot spots are available throughout all library locations including Main Library, Russiaville Branch and South Branch.
Patrons must have a wireless capable computer or device. The
new wireless service uses standards 802.11b and 802.11g and is free to
patrons who bring their own appropriately equipped devices. No
technical support is available from the library staff so users will
need to know how to operate their own equipment. For further
information on connecting see the Frequently Asked Questions and Connection Information sections on our website.
When you use the Internet through the library wireless connections you are accepting and agree to abide by the library's
Acceptable Use Policy. Please take the time to read the policy.
If you have trouble connecting to our public Wi-Fi, then check our Troubleshooting Tips.
