Glenn and Mabel met at the Church of the Brethren in Kokomo on September 26, 1942, and had their first date in November. Slightly over a year later, they married on Christmas Eve, 1943. They now reside at Northwoods Village.
The secret of their success, according to Glenn: We just followed the Biblical injunction that there is one man for one woman. We never had any real fights.
