Story times are offered at Kokomo-Howard County Public Library locations for children not yet attending elementary school. Each program features ageappropriate stories, songs, finger plays, and other enjoyable activities that are focused on helping every child be ready to read. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to participate with children ages nine and under, and are required to assist children ages five and under.
