Can I use netLibrary at home, work, or school?Once you have created an account, you can log in from any computer with Internet access. You don't need a special reader or other device to enjoy electronic books.
What can I do once I find an eBook? View this eBook opens the full-text eContent in the online reader. You actively view the eContent (turning pages, searching within the full text, etc.) in 15-minute increments. If you are not actively viewing the eContent, it returns to the library for someone else to view.
Checkout for 4 Hours checks out the full-text eContent title to your account and allows you to exclusively view the title for a defined period of time. You must be logged into your account. What can I do once I find an Audiobook?Download audiobooks which can be listened to on your computer or transferred to a portable device. There are never overdue books or late fees - titles automatically return to the Library's collection after 21 days.
Do I have to have a KHCPL card?No. A Kokomo-Howard County Public Library card is not necessary to view KHCPL's netLibrary materials if you are using one of KHCPL's computers from one of our KHCPL locations. If you are not at one of the KHCPL locations, you will need a KHCPL card and password.
