You are no longer restricted to reading your favorite book. Stop by select KHCPL locations and check out an MP3 Player with a book loaded on it. Listen while you are at work, doing laundry, exercising or reclining in your favorite chair. Our selection of books to upload onto an MP3 Player keeps growing. The MP3 Players are simple to use, but should you have some troubles or questions one of the talented KHCPL staff will give you a quick demo of the player.

What titles are available on MP3 discs ?

Where can I get one of these MP3 Players?
KHCPL Main and KHCPL South are the two locations that have the MP3 Players.
Are their any requirements to use one?
Yes. The patron must be 18 years of age or older. A refundable $20 deposit is required and will be returned to the patron when the player is returned. MP3 Players must be returned to the same location where the player was checked out.
Does KHCPL supply headphones?
No. Headphones are not supplied with the MP3 Players. Headphone sets can be purchased at the Circulation Desk for $5.
