The Kokomo-Howard County Public Library has joined Library Ideas’ network of Public Library websites that offer access to songs from Sony Music’s catalog of legendary artists. The service will allow patrons of the Kokomo-Howard County Public Library to listen to and download songs at no cost to them.

Download an audio book to play on your PC or portable device (Pocket PC or MP3 Player) or copy to CDs to play in your car. Download eBooks and read them on your PC, laptop or pocket PC. It’s quick, easy and you can do it anytime! You can access this content 24 hours a days, seven days a week. (device must accept DRM-protected Windows Media Audio [WMA] files)

You are no longer restricted to reading your favorite book. Stop by select KHCPL locations and check out an MP3 Player with a book loaded on it. Listen while you are at work, doing laundry, exercising or reclining in your favorite chair. Our selection of books to upload onto an MP3 Player keeps growing. The MP3 Players are simple to use, but should you have some troubles or questions one of the talented KHCPL staff will give you a quick demo of the player.
